The management of the Suryaa New Delhi, headed by Dhananjay Kumar, the GM together with the famous novelist Advaita Kala, hosted a grand Christmas cake-mixing ceremony with in-house guests and hotel team members.
French Crust, the Bakery Shop, was decorated in a festive mood of Christmas with large tables in the hotel lobby filled with dried fruits alongwith other delicious ingredients. The evening began with the invitees mingling amongst each other, marking the welcome of the festive season.
The invitees donned aprons and poured the authentic ingredients in large decanters, hence experiencing the fruitful fantasy; this marked the start of traditional cake mixing ceremony.
Cake-mixing ceremony was followed by a delicious High Tea, organized by the hotel staff, which was enjoyed by all including a number of international in-house guests, who also got into the act.
